Hi guys, just ported from Maxis to Celcom First Basic 38 and my first bill shows RM27.45 without anymore billing details? WTH is that?

Higgsboson8888 normally after 8 day of your bill cycle it will come out the download bill details. I have three line. 2 have but the othere one dont have i also wonder why.... Btw the amount you get i think is correct cause prorated.

A bit pissed off actually... wrong information.

I registered at Blue Cube TTDI, the counter guy said pay RM 40.30 (RM38 +GST) being advance 1 month payment. Now receive 1st bill still charge RM 38. Called the online service 1111. Celcom Service said that is the registration fee...u must pay.

Which one is true ler?

Not sure what the APN setting is doing for me, I even tried something random like "celcomnointernet" and I am still connected as normal without any issues.

My bill date is 18-Jul, but until today (3 Aug) I still not able to view bill detail nor download. :-/

Try asking through ocs

Same with me, have chat with the Celcom person via OCS, they have problem for July billing. You can see the amount to pay, cannot download the pdf bill.

how to use the celcom wifi?

key-in username + pwd

I thinks it depends on the location..whether yours is peak or not..if use celcom3gmcc can selit a bit..if too congsted..same speed.. ..

For data hungry user..can use Opera Max..this apps can shrink your data..i have been using it over a month..can save up to 1.5GB permonth..then forward to next month..got 4.5gb..

Since this is an app..your device is a quad core processor..1GB ram..and on LTE..less then that tends to reduce the speed..not too slow..but noticable
