I have checked with one seller fr internet and they r selling rm290 per set, 2 front and 2 rear window which i think is quite pricey. That brand is call Groovy. Any other cheaper brand to recommend? |

Feels like splurging some of my duit raya to improve the brakes. Which one to go first.
Brake pads for RM200+ or SuperCircuit Steel braided hose RM500+ before going for this sunday uluyam-genting drive  |

Since now we on the brakes topic, I know irrelevant to the Fiesta-Master-Race but my current Myvi Extreme 1.5 is having trouble with the brakes, now when I press then got no effect like that, it's like first 25% pressing the car no effect at all. When at traffic light have to press the fella gao gao then only the car will stop moving. Lucky just now the lorry driver in front of me noticed I'm braking way too slowly then he moved out of the way

If car need to leave more than 2 weekds at SDAC, it is not a spare part issues but it is due to too many cars need to be fixed. *From a guy who drive fiesta and hit another car and 2 weeks later karma hit his fiesta from back. *Btw went to SDAC PJ and they suggest me to sent my car to jalan ipoh cos too many car in waiting list. If i insist, i need to wait for 2 months. They even showed me waiting list in the system. Went to jalan ipoh; 2 weeks only. |

called them up but they say parts not available yet so have to wait. am I complaining got issue? no. just have to wait that's all. at least Ford is acknowledging got problem and is doing some improvement. |

The longest period I have to leave my car at the SC is 2 weeks. BTW, anyone happen to know the service guy at SDAC PJ, the Indian Muslim guy? I would like to contact him and ask his opinion about this coz he is the one who always deal with my car whenever I send it to SDAC PJ for service or issues. Any info is highly appreciated. |

I am still happy with my fiesta.
52kkm and still with the original clutch. Jerk is very minor. If it start to acting up will control my throtle or let it slip the clutch a bit. And it is good to go. |

fiesta nice and stable car to drive.
able to take any corners with confidence. the gearbox judder needs to control throttle pedal as some of the sifus here mention. i found out that if gear put to "S" the judder will be less. overall very satisfied with the car. Mazda 2 Skyactiv is very tempting though but i will stick with the fofi. hiya when SDAC wan to reduce the price of the Fiesta ST to below rm120k..... combine the 1.6 turbo power and the handling of the fiesta its fun to drive. |

yeah, agreed with death_nite and COOLPINK. FoFi is really a fun car to drive. I know about the the throttle control, but mine is so sensitive. Soft touch to the throttle will accelerate the car already, hence need to be very very gentle on the pedal. I'm not sure if it is just me or all FoFi are like that.
Anyhow, I will monitor my car for the next few weeks to see if the jerking sensation getting stronger or not. Furthermore, during my last service @ 70k last month, the service guy also admit there is a bit of a jerk when he test my car for a spin after the service is done. A lil bit more info about my car. Bought in January 2013, service accordingly to interval, no mod, completely stock, now at 72k. Does the high millage somehow contribute to the jerking? Anyone else having the same experience? |

As this was our first outstation trip, we kept it to the few members who are TT kaki (Only 5 cars + 1 FFK). my friend just bought iriz and it suffers some knocking/vibrations noises.

Is Ford SDAC particular about servicing on time? Car will be 6 month old next month and I dont think Ill reach 10k KM by then.. Current mileage is just shy of 7k KM
So for me need to service at a 6 month interval is it? |

Guys, I'm starting to feel like I'm getting scammed already. My Fiesta since like Mid July until now still no show. Anybody know Edward from Ford Trio Mantap, Cheras? He keep giving excuses about the plate kena bought by somebody else and what not.

Are you very particular about the alphabets and numbers? If just the numbers you can buy other state's number plate for you choice of number.Last year I bought the number myself by signing up to mySikap, no need go thru agent. |

Hey guys,
I need to get advice from all you Fiesta fanatics, I'm planning to get a used car and I stumble upon Ford Fiesta and instantly loving it. But after doing some research and read up from other sources and this forum. I realise there are some 'common' problem especially the transmission and the steering problem? May I know what should I be aware of and check prior getting the car? Any other known problems that I should take extra precaution? |

As for my condition, I think the juddering is still mild but, once I felt the juddering were heavy. New owner here just got my car couple of weeks back, really happy with it so far. just wanna check like, from your experiences, which brand of petrol is best suited for the engine, taking into account i dont really travel super far for work or anything, just normal everyday driving. Also what's the average mileage you guys get, i've pumped 2 tanks, each tank about 75ringgit, and so far it's averaging like, 360++km, is it normal? new user here, please be kind |

Just finished my tank of Petronas Ron97 (before this I filled up at exactly this fuel level)
Petrol dont mix ah? Why suddenly my engine feels so responsive like before when I was using BHP 95? The good thing about Petronas 97 is it makes the engine lazy, so u no mood to rev, so better FC. Luckily god gave me another chance to live through the help of Stability Control, it rained out of sudden in the bends and the rear of the car suddenly fishtailed 45° and I thought that's it, confirm bang barrier head on already. Then all of sudden with minor steering adjustments the car straighten up by itself..

Hi all, proud owner of the fiesta ecoboost here. Am approaching my first 10k km soon and would really like to bring my car for service this coming weekend, but it seems every centre in PJ is fully booked. Anybody knows if i can just walk-in in any of the centres without advanced booking?

Does FFiesta have coasting function like Porsche or Merc?
Coasting function will automatically disengages engine and transmission when release the accelerator pedal and begin to coast in neutral until the driver depress the accelerator or brake pedal. |

For pre-feslif we switch on hill assist. For feslif not sure, shift into S?Or engine braking is different from coasting? We don't have engine braking by default when coasting downhill. Hi Guys, need help. Why is There Noise When Turning my Steering Wheel? Mine is 2011 1.6L Sport. Its on and off. Sent to Ford service centre to rectify the issue but still exist after being there for 2 days. I am from Taiping.
