ask the service assistant sit in the car, start the car and turn the steering, the noise should be audible to him, and he will note it down.
Have done that with the mechanic ( He noticed and heard it ) and sent there for 2 days. Problem unsolved. Was told by the CS that they did some greasing.

Should I just tell them to look into the coupling issue? I dun want to have my car at the service centre for 2 to 3 days and problem not solved. Worse still created other issues.

They also mentioned to change the whole steering system. Mine warranty expired ( 3 years only ). After they greased. Now only have noise when turn right. Any advise?

if steering is still ok and not loose then I advice turning up the sound system so that cannot hear the noise.... seriously if its not affecting your driving then its ok....

Maybe it's not that well lubricated, just use it for a while more and let the grease get into those parts naturally. If within a week and it's still noisy, send back to them and request them to check again
