Me too had viewed the duplex unit in block H too, OMG the ceiling height upstair is so low and can't even install a ceiling fan. Think this project is mainly for AirBnB or investment with A/C operating 24 hours. Seriously not meant for own stay especially with family.

Thanks bro for your recommendation but if I can recall correctly, those singplex only have 1-2 rooms, I'll need minimum 3 rooms for my family. unsure.gif
