I think H2O is a classic case for this. All the buyers were offered half the amount by Titijaya and quite a number actually accepted it.

I wonder if the Ekovest will do the final touchup in the mall once the entire project is complete coz those bare concrete pillars and walls are starting to be an eyesore.

Nop.. When they launched it, they never said any subsidy from gomen. Back then we were also asking who will pay as well.

For long term, since the walkway path is wide, there maybe some stalls if and only if there's biz. Stall rental can be used as a source.

Not something we wanna guess now...
But can quote ButjayaTimeSqr walkway for example, those small stalls can not take away the biz.

i think everyone can feel it whether is a cut cost thing or a purposely designed raw concept which you wont smell or feel the dust from concrete

If you are one of the owners, the owners are proactively engage with developer. You may join as part of the protem to engage with developer.

But if you are not,  I am not sure what is your motive actively showing those photos where developers are actively improving common areas.
