Many of these listings are duplicate. as most landlords have fat lad payment to sustain for many years; rental income is just for their weekend night out.

Everyone who use this road regularly is aware the level of flood during heavy rain. video of flood occurred a few days was widely circulated in social media.

As long as the shopping mall is still belong to the developer, it is unlikely to kaput. However, tenants is another matter/story.
