BlkH... Cement work expanding

BlkH...Far view .. (The steel bar location is where l normally snap BlkH photo. Due to recent extensive work of digging, the spot has became an 'island' and not easily reachable without safety helmet and boots. Hence, can only zoom from far)

I personally would like to see all B3 level in shape for EKC.
Yes, safety is actually my biggest challenge at the moment.
Once there is better clearance to better zoom to BlkE site, l will snap pictures.

SnP spelt as follow....

I am not sure how to interpret the wording...
For BlkJ, the pile caps are done. The B3 work is almost done (at of the pictures taken), preparing for B2. Clearly B2, B1, LG, G and so on, not yet.

The usual spot where l normally took pictures does not provide a good angle to cover BlkE.
It is clearer to peep from Jln Cheras (near Cahaya Bumi) while queueing for the roundabout.

Any daikor has better progress details about BlkE? Pls share ya....

May l know if the land refinancing involves all EKC land or only BlkE and BlkH?

May l know for the scanario above, under DIBS and 90% loan, will the interest charges caused by late drwdown paid by developer? Thanks

If they refinance the whole land, BlkJ buyers should also receive the letter, else only partial of the land gets refinanced.
So BlkJ buyers can observe for two/three weeks if such letter arrives.

Just a raw suggestion....buyers with the notifying letter, would you like to gather at their sales gallery and request for a QnA session? What's your say?

Bro, taking pictures is not for "akin-ing watching paint dry" but one way to monitor the construction progress bit by bit, at least to the buyers' interest.
Should there is a better viable solution, feel free to contribute.

Can be a shading place when raining....

All of the pictures above were taken last Sunday 6-Dec.

BlkH... best zoom after rain TODAY 13-Dec..... As the soil is wet, l can't walk to the 'island' to take picture.

BlkJ site, see the scaffolding of the ramp?
One may check with your B3/B2 parking map and visualize the actual width of BlkJ....
