Upon further inspection on the pictures, understand it is for artist impression or illustration purpose, the road ramps seem to be a bit cacat, as follow,
1) Is each ramp bidirectional?
If so, then what is the purpose of having two ramps at the same side of MRR2?
If not, then where is the entrance and exit from the other side of MRR2(ie from Billion/Bkt Tiara side)side?
(Imagine l came from Pandan using MRR2 wishing to enter the site)

B3, B2, B1, LG, G, L1 and L2 floors are commonly connected across EKC.

For now BlkJ is heading to B1(floor not revealed per last Sunday). Other buildings will be slower.

Is there a time that all common floors needed to be connected horizontally then followed by vertical construction?
If such time exists, then the waiting time of BlkJ depends on progress on other buildings. In other word, the next billing of BlkJ will also not that soon.

To all buyers who wish to join the Whatsapp group, here are the items to prepare

1) Pls send a PM stating your name and hp number
2) Upon receiving a whatsapp msg from us, pls reply and provide one thing for buyer's verification, ie recent letter to you from the developer or SnP page. (If you own more than one unit, info of one unit is sufficient.)
You may mask your name(partial), address and unit number, l just need to read the block and floor (eg E-08-**) and partial name(at least) from the document. We respect your privacy.  

Engaging in a PM is to ensure one-to-one requestor and admin conversation.
