you still have a lot of option around kepong, any reason of choosing this beside MRT?

the rumawip is a good buy when it launched, but after rumawip completed, turn out the workmanship is terrible (refer to previous few pages), and the normal price is too pricey for this area compared to other development around this area.

3 lanes meh? i think is 1 lane in , 1 lane out. i was walking through it last weekend when i did site visit. btw, i am not owner , but i regret didn't buy this rumawip, instead i choose other which is lousy one. Enesta buyers should feel happy that Enesta is good.

besides quality of built, the other consideration would be location and also density.

so first consideration to purchaser would be location. whether it's suitable to their needs.

i think i once saw a review of skyawani and it's mindblowing good in terms of facility, quality.

so it all boils down to where the purchaser needs to be imho.
good built quality and facility is a bonus.
low density is also a bonus but may suffer due to lack of fund for maintenance.

so it depends on the need of each individual on their priority.

first  I was looked at the simple designed  and the  fast progressing to complete for each floor which i already know how was quality of Ernesto Rumahwip!
