nope.. not blocking as the layout is not close together, have gap. especially those unit num 1 and 2, the best view they could get. Slightly no future development besides mrt because many residential area there.

facing 5,6,7,8 very risky, because many undeveloped land.. any time can have higher condo there blocking completely the view.. those get 1,2,3,3A they are pretty what somehow safe..

Enesta price is better than strategic location, compare to other projects. my nephew went to unio, trinity lemanja & riana dutamas b4. unio is crazy pricey with 'bro' neighborhood & tricky traffic access. trunity lemanja neighborhood quite congested while riana dutamas side always lot of vehicles pass by, difficult to go out.

mrt jinjang will have park & ride at opposite of station but i think wont be as cheap as sg buloh station. last time my fren parking at bdr utama station cost about rm18 for less than 1 day.  doh.gif

Wowww so means will have bridge connection? Thats fantastic. Got bridge connection to enesta also or not. Haha if got then syok. Not many station will have park and ride. If here habe park and ride, expect the mrt statiin to be of a bigger scale compared to others.
