We see in term of  their finishing, covered piping etc, so much better... except for the building color and zic roof guard house which the same as enesta jinjang

For me this is a one time purchase, no more Thriven in the future.

Lumi is different series, they can try and do this kind of finishing to the bebas unit and told the owner for the exposed m&e, piping is for easier future maintenance... we can see what their owner reactions lol

I just realised that this rumawip finish early, before MRT2 finish construction..

It's not a good sign.. Owner need to have holding power for 1-2 years before can rent out..

The so called bad facilities by some threaders, can only be countered by walking distance to MRT Jijang.. Otherwise, It's liabilty to the owner.

If there will be tunnel.. better..

Ofkos la boss.. This is Enesta Kepong, not Residensi Enesta Kepong the cheap rumawip.. Got really big different leh.. When bebas and rumawip next to each other, rumawip will be like poor people flat house..

how to buy private ?

For owner that have not join the group, this is what we address to the developer.

1) Water shelter on every corner side of the corridor
2) Exposed pipe in the toilet
3) Exposed Air conditioner pipe in bedroom & hallway
4)Unpainted Car Park Ceiling- It's really no different with an abandoned mall
5) insecure lobby entrance- Do not even have a door in the lobby. How the 3 tier security which you've mentioned in your earlier email could be done? Please explain further on this matter.
