I think situation is like this
Take for example Bandar Manjalara is also under Kepong
Look at the condos nearby. They put
1)East parc@manjalara
2)vim3 Manjalara
Or sometimes even market as desa park city north. Why don’t they use vim3 Kepong or East parc@kepong. Most probably(I maybe wrong,personal opinion here) manjalara has the more “atas” name or even desa park north even more “atas”-er name
