yup certainly won't be own staying here.

apart from the unproven health concern. price appreciation will also be affected. heavensea sifu maybe can share some fact about this.
your future targeted interested buyer let's say maybe half mind about htc, another 50% don't mind. but then they will talk to friends relatives etc that will affect their decision making.

well.. we can know the answer of this question by asking ourselves: will you choose A that comes with B but need to compromise with D?

this questions is depends on different perspective and purpose, whether you're superstitious or not / own stay or investor?

Reopen because the take up rate not full. Got so many choice nowadays. So choose wisely.
Very common for HTC nearby RUMAHWIP. who wanna own stay for probably 6 years beside HTC?
