because FC surrounding is better. with Aeon Big next to FC and surrounded by commercial shoplots (fully tenanted) chose FC because of conveniences |

Btw the rumahwip and private component... Both are having same facade? Above facade maybe OK for rm300k 800sqft but definitely no no for condo component.
