Indeed, there's no scientific proof that htc is harmful. But it's ugly though.

Please use Oneplus yo, htc manyak over priced.

because FC surrounding is better.
with Aeon Big next to FC and surrounded by commercial shoplots (fully tenanted)

chose FC because of conveniences

Ive been following up on Enesta and apparently they are fully booked today anyway so memang cant get a unit already....but why centra bro?it shares the same road leading to 8000 upcoming residential units,a future development god knows how many thousands and the shops all around that area super congested and who knows what kind of neighbours that kind of density will attract....and based on fortune avenue,the developer is not a developer of high taste.. my opinion ok no flaming please

what if some of those within the 258 got loan rejections or they can't get the unit that they want or whatever?

Btw the rumahwip and private component... Both are having same facade? Above facade maybe OK for rm300k 800sqft but definitely no no for condo component.

Propose bridge to MRT station with 350meter to MRT station

So far no details yet but as i know the only infinity pool, private lounge with entertainment facilities and mini golf.
