Why this picture showing ZERO HTC? My understanding there are two HTC Pylons just next to the PETRONAS along that green covered land. One is GIANT HTC.

Btw the rumahwip and private component... Both are having same facade? Above facade maybe OK for rm300k 800sqft but definitely no no for condo component.

Overall supplies in Jalan Kepong is even more than Jalan Sentul stretch.

Good for buyers as plenty of choices out there.

I read in Sentul dunno which project they analyze around 5-6k units along Jalan Sentul

UOA Sentul Point about 2500units and Maxim Citilights about 1300 units. One Maxim and Sentul Village is 420 units and 460units respectively. Total about 4680units. Cannot remember how many units in Sky Awani already.

Probably about 6000units on that stretch.

This one I fully agree. the price of the properties (with exception of Sentul East & West) also lower and seems to be much affordable than Jalan Kepong.

Every buyers want Peng, Leng, Jeng. Nothing wrong with it however in reality very hard to get it.

Personally for rm300k proper 3 bedrooms, As long as no major leakages or structural issue, I will be happy to collect my key for this enesti rumahwip. Many of the flaws I observe can be rectified fairly easily.

Anyway the litmus test for investors whether this project will make a good return or not...
