Hi guys, just now i apply rumawip enesta kepong Rm300k, dealing with nice and good agent to do all. Just sain the akuan sumpah... btw, rumah siap januari 2020. Now still can apply coz so many people loan kena reject.

the mrt station around how far away from enesta? Is it practically walkable?
The mrt is already work in progress?
Estimated when can be ready to operate?

MRT is literally just a crossroad away, less than 100m and it have direct linked bridge so yeah, it's practically walkable.

MRT progress started long ago and will be completed by 2022

Nowadays 300k you can get nothing decent (that walkable to train)

Do you know what's the maintenance fees?
The surrounding area is okay for own stay?
Any basic shop lot (which is walkable) for daily needs and ewteries?

0.33/SF, it's a bit on the high side due to the low density trade-off
Surrounding are generally Chinese population, IMO definitely suitable for own stay as it have convenient accessibilities and amenities within walking distant.
Just beside the project are shoplot including banks, 99speedmark, cafes etc.
Not to forget they have their own shoplot downstairs
Definitely worth visiting the gallery to find out more yourself
