I don't think so..a F-Spaced pickup will aligned better with the string....btw..i think there's improvement of the tone as well..

which Ibanez/pickup combo did u get the 'missalignment'?

I read somewhere that Ibanez with OFR/LFR bridge will have these F-spaced pickups because the bridge is wider... but how about those with vintage style trem bridge?

to answer, F-spaced means Fender-spaced.
back then of cos fenders didnt use humbuckers, only gibsons did.

so when fenders wanted to, pickup engineers had to redo the pickups.
so if fender thought that polepieces aligning mattered, then what cosmetics issue?

My evollution bridge pickup...doesn't allign properly obviously...for the neck breed...it's having same alignment with the middle pickup...

Are you sure with that...? Now i'm still planning to change to Gotoh FR...afraid the tone will gone if it's even worse allignment.....

since wes now has a signature yamaha, so everything will somehow tie-in.

ie. same day.

finals start at 7pm.
his clinic supposedly is at 730pm.

he'll be at the curve the day after at 3pm.
