QUOTE(conchunchun @ Nov 6 2006, 08:39 AM) I think u could try to run the system for while and then restart and go to ur bios to check out the temperature and later match it with the temperature shown in the Speedfan...after loading to windowsthere would be slight difference just hopefully ur CPU and chipset temperature is not so close....then it would be hard to differentiate the temp.... |

Mine using speedfan, temp 1 is proc...and it is damn hot at 62C
OFFTOPIC last time I thought temp1 is mb temp and temp2 is proc temp, that day check again, it is opposite...pc wizard give me wrong temp also, make me thought temp1 (62C) is motherboard temp... sorry for off topic a bit... This post has been edited by Kataro: Nov 6 2006, 12:12 PM |

My bios show Proc 62C, Chasis 41C, but at PC Wizard, it show Proc 41C, Motherboard 62C. Speed Fan Temp1 62C, Temp2 41C. So, which one should I believe? maybe believe myself better...
And when I slow down my Proc fan speed, the Temp2 in Speedfan will reduce 1C...so I think temp2 is motherboard temp...Proc temp still remain 62C after I slow down the speed... |
