Usually it should be ur mobo chipset temp come in 1st place..have u check it out in BIOS like the way i mentioned before ??

Usually the BIOS temp should be correct unless the sensor on the board itself spoilt ... which is not in this case..
bro get ur heatsink cleaned and apply with new layer of thermal conduct.... other alternative is definately go for after market cooler.... |

Totally agree with that.. i had reapplied my GPU cooler with AS5 and the temp drop by 4 degrees as compared to before......
