I advice not to buy this TitlJay@ developer developed projects. I'm one of the owners at Neu Suite @ Jalan Ampang. Developer themselves delayed the documents, but when VP that time ask us as buyers to pay the late interest advice because of the bank late release money to them.

Then the quality of the development are bad, during defect inspection, we notice a lot of defect on wall, windows, and bathroom.

I'm in the WhatsApp Owner Chat Group, I saw some of buyers also facing this issue, they manage to get back very very little amount only. Titljay@ is the worst developer even, first time I bought from them at 2021, now VP, ask me to pay late interest fee, because my banker told me they changed the lawyer to another on 2021, caused the delay, then this cause the late issue of bank LO, and late release first payment to developer, then this was their fault, they charge me late interest during VP. They so far, refuse to waive the late interest for me, also in the chat group, many ppl only got little of the LAD like 2 digits to 3 digits amount only. But they charge us late interest is 3 digits to 4 digits. Worst developer even. Do NOT recommended.
