hey guys,, i wanna ask some question.. about engine/clutch..

when i floor the pedal.. the engine make a very strange sound.. it sound like scruchhhhh,,scruchhh,,like that,, not the tik tik tok tok one.. i dont knoe either it engine problem or cltuch system that make the sound.. hopefully u guys can help me before i bring the car to workshop.. i afraid poem will tiaw me.. hahaha..

tapi biasenyer tayar pasal. tolong pi cek angin dulu. Klo angin semua ok within range, baru la antar pi alenmen.

Just wanna share my Saga BLM 2010's experience.

Clocking 138k mileage now.. so far never had any major breakdown. I think the key is to never skip your service. But of course, having Proton cars is like russian roulette, u can have a non-problematic car or u will have a nightmare car. Now my issues with my car are as per below:

1) Main power window switch faulty. The main driver's power window switch is stuck and the passenger's side can only wind down but cannot wind up.

2) Mirror plastic thing to adjust up and down is broken. I dont know how the thing got broken!

3) My glove box already stucked for like more than a year. Not sure how to fix it. Do I need to replace the whole glove box or just the puller?

4) Key housing broken. Fell so many times. Lucky I got some dealer who sells the blank housing for cheap. (original).

All in all, besides all above issues, I think its a great car for its price. Not thinking of selling it at all.

1. change switch lo, around 100 bucks only if not mistaken

3. change the lever only. around rm30 if not mistaken

hi, how much for brake pad replacement? I've change at Lim Tayar & they charged me RM120 for the brake pad & RM30 for labour. Is this consider expensive ?

Just incase if you guys interested on cabin filter related matters.

This piece of filter was the last unit I changed out from the last bulk I managed. It's been in my dryer receiver for 9 months + now since last year after Elite trackday. I've been using airgun to blow it on every service to make sure it's clean and keeping up. However, the truth is my kind of driving and the time I spent in my car on a daily basis really can't make the filter last long.


After changed in the new filter, seriously now I know what I've been missing for the past few months. The air flow of the new filter was greatly restored. Now that I realized I've spent most of my time driving with blower set to maximum, instead now I get the same amount of airflow by setting the blower at 2 instead


On the side note, the older version of filter is actually have 4 sides hard wall instead of 2

my car alarm lock is not functional. at first i tot i would be the battery and after change the battery it work perfectly. then few days later it is not function again. i tried to use my spare key because i tot maybe the chip inside the key is already kelong but, still not function. i had to manually lock my car.

what should be the thing should take a look?

by battery, you mean the key's batteries?

Hello guys, I'm furious when it comes to FC. Tried my best to reduce saga mt' FC. Basically, when I go for a long distance travelling, more than 400km,what should I do?will Driving between 90-100km/h speed with aircond on would lessen the Fc?
