QUOTE(TitanRev @ Jul 3 2015, 02:19 PM) On the last TT I mentioned about the idea I have to put on heat sink on the COP. I got this idea after I saw the coils on Supra from AC Delco. They have a heat sink on top of the coil to help it dissipate heat. I've ordered some heat sink so waiting to get the suitable heat conductive adhesive. I think I need that too. Sound like a very powderful mod. Next time can safeguard the extreme hot coil on plug ![]() On RX8 Notice the black finger like thing at the bottom. ![]() |

Sorry, out of topic a little bit. What is Warning level +10% ar? I already check coolant and engine oil, both are sufficient. Besides, my car always service on time. If I ignore it, keep doing what I'm doing with my car, will it cause harm?

QUOTE(V12Kompressor @ Jul 3 2015, 03:28 PM) means your coolant heat and engine oil temperature increased 10%. Any hotter, there is the risk of your car will end up broke down at papaya farm. Thank you TS for the comprehensive reply. I think you're right, but I also notice some part of the powersteering fluid went missing. Is that normal? Or someone popped my hood over night when I was asleep to siphon out my juice? It's good to have oil temp and water temp meters installed to monitor the health of the car. |

QUOTE(V12Kompressor @ Jul 3 2015, 03:42 PM) you may have developed a leaky shaft or the rubber could burst due to the vigorous actions thanks to our road condition, especially the area you stay. Those holes although is small but they are deep and there are multiple of them waiting to be filled. Fuarkkkk this is serious. I actually dunno what happened to the car. I was just cincai blast here and there since the car is new. Then seeing the powersteering fluid consistently disappear, so I ask Jon what's going on, at the same time realized my temperature is getting hot. But rest assured, my stock coil mat is still in place |

Just incase if you guys interested on cabin filter related matters.
This piece of filter was the last unit I changed out from the last bulk I managed. It's been in my dryer receiver for 9 months + now since last year after Elite trackday. I've been using airgun to blow it on every service to make sure it's clean and keeping up. However, the truth is my kind of driving and the time I spent in my car on a daily basis really can't make the filter last long. ![]() After changed in the new filter, seriously now I know what I've been missing for the past few months. The air flow of the new filter was greatly restored. Now that I realized I've spent most of my time driving with blower set to maximum, instead now I get the same amount of airflow by setting the blower at 2 instead ![]() On the side note, the older version of filter is actually have 4 sides hard wall instead of 2 |
