Which version the 2006 SSS or 2012 SSS? If 2012 SSS, I heard the first batch that was released in Malaysia in 2013 did not have
as many issues as the later batches.

QUOTE(honkit @ Jun 20 2016, 04:20 PM) Is the Suzuki Assist still available? I would like to know this too. I used to renew my car insurance with Suzuki showroom for Suzuki Assist entitlement. Wonder isit still available. Normally their insurance provider are MSIG/ Tokio Marine. As I wasn't sure, I subscribed to AAM (there was an offer to cover 2 cars for 2 yrs for RM110). |

QUOTE(s@ni @ Jul 14 2016, 05:30 PM) which model? latest? I'd like the center arm rest tooas for the absorbers, ckd malaysia, normally its APM or KYB.. anyway if latest model, just avoid the stock original oem. try to get other brand. found out its too soft. and im surely going to change it. its in my to do list. 1. mud flap. anybody bought it elsewhere? 2. re-call, appointment done, pending. 3. center arm rest -> 4. rear boot mat/container -> RM150 5. Engine oil, will start using 5w type from now on. previously 10w40 urgently: auto cruise.. |

QUOTE(s@ni @ Jul 15 2016, 07:51 AM) Add on auto cruise.. When I first got my car thought of adding it, but later realized KL roads no need to use cruise control. It's easy to source for the button.. But installation is another different roadblock.. Highways may be useful though. I did remember doing some research: http://www.swiftfive.net/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=645 |

Hi guys,
I drive a 2012 SSS. Lately I hear a sharp metal "ting" sound coming from my left front tyre. The sound appears randomly. Whether going on a bump, straight road or turning. It only happens once in a while. Any idea what it is? Tks |

QUOTE(one81 @ Feb 3 2017, 10:38 AM) finally changed 'kasut baru' after more than 3 years... Is the SSS using this 185/55/16 as well? Mine already 3 years and looking for options to replace the Yokohama ones.downgrade the rim and tires size from standard 185/55/16 to 195/55/15 and now the gap looks very obvious [attachmentid=8455543] |

QUOTE(Chisinlouz @ Feb 11 2017, 01:36 PM) I saw the pictures you posted. Doesn't the gap between the tyre and the body looks kinda big?I noticed that for SSS, almost all other regions except Malaysia and Singapore use 17" in rims. My neighbour changed the 16" ori rims to 17" rims and she said "makan minyak". I think I will stick with the 16" tyres for now. |

Anyone can recommend a decent car stereo for the SSS? I don't need the fancy dvd screen with GPS, etc.
Just something nice to replace the stock player but with bluetooth to answer calls, USB and AUX in. Another worry is will it void the remaining 2 years warranty on my car. |

Just came back from Regal Motors Old Klang Road from servicing my SSS.
My ATF oil requires change but apparently most authorized service centers in KL area are out of stock (but stock ordered) Customer Service told me only Shah Alam has stock, when I asked if they can deliver to KL, they informed me I have to go to S Alam myself. Since all under Proton now, why this hassle? |

Because the SSS has 5 years warranty. If yes,May I know when you sold the car to dealer, what is the mileage? Any problem with the car? Accident before? Thanks. you might be able to check |
