Agree .i been in fb and see so many cars stolen even those high techs cars hence my concern
Tq for the info. Been using the car for long time and i thought the steering lock is good enough. And even if the car can start without keys..the car will off on its own after few metre but im sure its hackable now. How bout gps?
Pedal lock is good but the hassle to go down and unlock it might be an issue as my parents might got back pain
But u mention got steering to pedal..gonna look into it
So far i hve changed a few..like absorber compressor bearing all those internal thingy..im also looking to changed the exterior but ya so far i think the car aged well but quite worried to change too much because already more than 10 years
The Clifford blackjax I think it's very good and not that easy to beat. Just a bit inconvenient coz everytime you need to punch in the code before driving.Tq for the info. Pedal to steering is the normal lock with the twin hook and lock in the middle. You can buy additional lock which locks the steering spoke then got the stick protruding to the dash on top. I use both of those in the Swift but I don't use the Blackjax. Blackjax I use on my other car.
GPS doesn't prevent from getting stolen, only help tracking it back if the thief doesn't yet discover it.
