hrmm . if surrounding is good , access is good , amentities is good . doubt ppl will so care about the leasehold or not ?

if you visited parkfield show unit , think you will feel the same too , the balcony facing is not to the main entrance instead is facing your next unit wall .. haha , somemore the space is so little which dont know how to use it ...
