Not really bro. They are clearing hillpark and kajang east before they launch K2. Later their previous launches tak laku with the launch of K2. K2 commies will be a BBB 😆😆😆

No wonder they wanna buang at 920k. Parkfield is sought to be a better buy then I suppose since no more DSL launches in TH liao..

I think a better buy "financially" due to low upfront (rebate) for Parkfield.
But some might like Fairfield layout less fancy design.

Fairfield 289 units key hand over should be all done by
end may. the early batch has good
comments on the finishing. All
the parkfield buyer should be glad of this result
eventhough the contractor are different of these two
phases. Slowly but surely the areas
will be matured in next two years.

Next phase ( Phase 3 )
will be launched in june 16.

However the K2, nadayu, and Tropican height
success will be boost by the coming ktm station
in k2. Heard that this proposal still
pending.

Doubt tropicana will give lap sap finishing like other developers la. Workmanship from tropicana has been the least of my worries.

What worries most is the execution of K2. It will be executing but don't know when. Meredien suites in K2 gas been launched ady tho so I forsee the commies etc will be launched in 2017.

Got a lots of lap SAP developer?
