Indeed very few parking. Well if they are able to replicate the success of Tropicana in Damansara then it should be good. Well let's see soon.

Btw from this plan, I wonder any chance there will be another entrance at the road between Fairfields and Parkfields. Now is just jalan mati. Are they building a surau there?

Yahor. Didnt notice the parking space is quite limited. Wondering how they could improve that. Or the upcoming commercial area will be accomodating those carpark issue?

Was told that limited carpark in clubhouse is purposely done to limit number of outside people going to the park...I'm serious

Clubhouse should have ample parking for visitors and dedicated parking for members. That is bad if everyone just park at the road side.

Hearsay it's a dead end. I guess it's good tho. Later many many entrances then make it so chap. One or two entrances will be good enough already.

Ermm hearsay it's highly dependent on the crowd and mbkj would want to use gomen funds to build surau at a more strategic location than here.

Why so worry ?? The commercial block will have plenty of parking for the visitor to the Central Park . All cars are not allow to park on the road side. Don't worry . This is not a chow kit can simply park ur car on the road side. Clamp will be made.

Hope this new place is secure for my kids to wandering around. If not the price of the property does not worth it.

believe in tropicana corp bah . the main reason i choose tropicanaheight is the brand and the planner is Datuk Kong (desa parkcity planner) . merely this 2 point build my confident , just let them do their job and be faithful of our decision bah . things will turn right at the end if plan from start is right . no worry
