Bro, the high tension seems to be not so near compare to Kajang 2.

yeah, true, i seems mixed up with both kajang 2 and tropicana which share the same access

Kota Damansara, Mutiara Damansara and USJ Heights also full of HTC..
There is a long HTC running along Setia Alam Pasar Malam, less than 300m to the nearest Impian 2 & 4 houses
HTC running along Connaught pasar malam, near to taman Connaught
There is a HTC running beside "Bukit Jed" with plenty houses within 500m.. the owners seems living happily

Paid a visit to the location of our dream home yesterday - Parkfield.
Things are progressing very fast. Attached are the potos of development.

Also interesting, was able to get a closer look at the club house. Looks good and coming up fast

How is the sales for Parkfield so far?

Any news on the 1 mil sq ft mall in Kajang 2?

The sales is going good according to the SA. At least 70% of what's launched has been sold/ awaiting SNP to be signed. Was a good crowd yesterday.

No news on the mall yet...I see the land for phase 3 has been cleared and just awaiting to be developed.

Also rumours is that those who purchased and signed SNP will be able to use the club house once it's ready. No need to wait for the VP ...but again still rumours only.
