Hey, i just received it today. Must we pay the Water and Electricity deposit if we don't intend to stay there anytime soon. Target move in probably after 5 years or more. In this case, if I pay the deposits, they fix the meters, it will be prone to thieves stealing the meters right?
What should and can be done? Can anybody enlighten me?
Can we apply for the Water and Electricity meter fixing later on by ourselves instead of through developer now?

I have this concern on whether potential buyer will actually get their own land title, or all will be parked under master title?

Went last week and saw Parkfield link house very limited,
SemiD wise still some unit to choose

Updated..went today..sign for referral form..hehe..show house most likely will be completed in october..not many units now available..around 70% already booked..next week will be an event..makan2..

I think the show house is to display the upcoming launches because I felt that those launches will be harder to sell as they consist of semi-d and bungalows only. Besides, they can also display their service apartments.
