Spoke to the lawyer today. They have received the required documents from Ambank - developer's bank. With this, by next week they will start advising our banks to release the loan as per required by the developer. My lawyer firm is Tiong Woon...i foresee my first disbursement by bank by end of the month.

Last weekend visit the site, parkfield sales is very good including the cluster semiD. The flyover from bangi is sound confirm with is the cost is bared by 6 developer. hearsay the next launching wil be true semiD which price Is 2mil
