Just back from Tropinaca S&P Signing , heard Fairfield VP still very little ppl leh ... they said not over 10 ppl get the key at this stage . dont know what issue ya . so at this stage dont think have more info to share mayb

they planing to start operate clubhouse soon . and the clubhouse will be managed by tropicana for 10 years atleast

Few owners receive VP letters, pending bank to release the final payment. Seems like probably in April to collect key.
