I am not too sure how many years. Tbh idk a lot of things about this TH and the benefits of the roads to xyz highways. The reason why I have vested interest here is because of Kajang 2 commercial activities and also bandar tech. But Kajang 2 seems to ffk and all now kanasai.

I can understand they may want to deliver the keys by batches for the purpose of proper arrangement but 10 is really too little. Any specific teason why?

My own speculation :-

Await surrounding township / developments with enough residentials first. Common sense, shop buyers / owners also will look into these factors before they pull their triggers. Same goes to Mall development. Retailers will do their own survey to see surrounding residential occupancy first.

Yet again, just my own speculation smile.gif
