Please do share the experience of the delivery of vp process too eg any pre-vp briefing earlier, vp kits (if any), how smooth and efficient in getting the keys, how's the service attitude of the staff who accompanied you to inspect the house etc...

oh no, mpkj is famous with its poor maintenance history. A lot of pot holes on the main roads hardly repair on time😰
