yo bro ., im currently staying in townhouse upper level , having quite bad experience and that why moving out to tropicana landed , my 3 kids keep running around the house and always get complain from downstair , so non-stop argueing and now became enemy    , haha . depends your luck whether having such a fuzzy neighbour or not . else other thing is quite ok for living .

lol . once u got kid u know lah bro . how sad u bought a house and you cant even let your kids running ... kids born to run and jump rite ... i just restrict them play b4 9:30pm . after tat will beat them if keep running .. just not againt the rules and regulation will do . they keep their voice very low d .. but sometimes just run faster downstair will hear abit drum effect lor .. but wat can i do lah .. tight them up and stick up their mouth meh . kids ma .u know i know lah ..
