for double volume, for me there are few challenges:
1) lightning... lower ceiling need fewer lights to brighten up the hall
2) where would be the ceiling fan mounting.. unless you turn on aircon all day or mounting wall fan or using stand fan
3) window cleaning and curtain

Just go to Kajang 2 and take a look. its under construction now. no wayang
TNB took the effort to relocate the HTC to make way for the flyover.

The other flyover connecting Silk to Kajang 2 also under construction. should be completing next year.

Collected key today.

Besides representative from Tropicana, there are representative from alarm n auto gate, going thru the checking with you.. Took bout an hour..

1st impression, superb finishing. This is my 4th prop and by far this is the best finishing I ever recieved.. Didn't spot any defects for now. Will further inspect other day.

Those who bought below 700k (after rebate) during the pre-launch phase can consider selling 850k, below the current Parkfield pricing.. After deducting the amount spend on legal fees, MOT, interest and RPGT, nothing much left

I think a better buy "financially" due to low upfront (rebate) for Parkfield.
But some might like Fairfield layout less fancy design.

those developer's lap sap quality I can tell you, unbelievable..
