My vote will go for gateless.
One of the reason I bought parkfield is because the gateless concept.
Else i will choose Fairfield, K2, Nadayu or other oledi

I'll vote for gateless too, as for children safety, it is good practice to walk around your car to ensure no kids hiding anywhere, if not do reverse parking lo just like the Artist Impression of your houses

As for security, usually gateless security community is pretty damn strict AFAIK..

By right kids can go play comfortably in the private park or the public park in TH. Why wanna hide behind the gates and play? Haha..

by the way, i think if one is with no children also need to be careful, if neighbour children also might go your house compound.

Boss, see u always like to condemn semenyih, specifically SEH. Why u think TH is a better buy compare to SEH or EM? They are quite near to each other right?

I think EM is nice especially mellowood and i was sold to it. But SEH build quality is lapsap and besides it's a speculative product as evidenced by the classifieds posted in all property portals.

I think TH is a better investment because I felt that a vast majority bought for ownstay, a way smaller quality township for better quality control, riding on kajang 2 commies and also the much better built quality.

15 mins may be near for you from TH to SEH but I can reach KLCC in 15 from PJ. So what's near and far? Well we better keep this TH thread back to its very own topic before it gets closed down again because of lap sap quality SEH always been mentioned here since V1. You can compare SEH in the other thead.

TH is under mukim seminyik. Seminyik taikor posted before some here in V1 or v2 then the thread got shut down.

Give them tadbir la. Their authority doesn't impact us. We get to shit better on kajang address but authority under smwnyih. So what if TH is under the semenyih authority? Lol. The address says it all.
