Ya, my bank oso hvnt release money to TP. Hong Leong. Hvnt deduct payment for progressive interest yet. Worry will kena penalty if Bank late release.

I m more interest on next phase. What they will launch and the price.
 Almost 1 year they launch Parkfield , i think very soon they will launch the 3rd phase. |

My vote will go for gateless.
 One of the reason I bought parkfield is because the gateless concept.  Else i will choose Fairfield, K2, Nadayu or other oledi |
