already clarified with lhdn.. submit in BE (not B).. but not under Penggajian column, instead put into Lain-lain perolehan.

jenis taksiran:
a)berasingan
b)taksiran bersama

spouse part time's income won't be taxed, below 18k/yr.

so, would "taksiran bersama", the tax would be lesser compare to "berasingan"?

the following scenario is purely about sspn tax relief only.

2016 deposited 6000

2017 filed income tax relief 6000 for year 2016
2017 withdraw 3000

2018 filed income tax relief 3000 for year 2017
did not submit any tax relief for year 2017

2018 deposited 5570

2019 filed income tax relief 2570 for year 2018
2019 withdraw 8903

2020 did not submit any tax relief for year 2019

so my question, if i deposit 8000 this year, how much tax relief when i file for year 2020 next year?

Since you got a gap of one year with 0 contribution, it should work.

thanks anyway..
i was trying to find how it is calculated in sspn website.. but the info was too brief..

24. Bagaimanakah cara untuk mengetahui amaun layak insentif pelepasan taksiran cukai pendapatan?

Insentif pelepasan taksiran cukai pendapatan diberikan berdasarkan jumlah simpanan bersih tahun semasa, iaitu simpanan yang telah ditolak pengeluaran. Pendeposit boleh menyemak atau mencetak penyata ringkasan akaun SSPN-i melalui e-SSPN-i di portal rasmi PTPTN.

Not allowed you didn't deposit any new funds for 2017 at all

2019 filed income tax relief 2570 for year 2018
You should declare RM5570 as SSPN tax relief

if i deposit 8000 this year (2020), how much tax relief when i file for year 2020 next year?
You get to claim RM8000 as SSPN tax relief
*
sharp eyes!

yes, actually i didn't declare the tax relief for year 2017 (i checked again my submission form), hence i amended my earlier post.

so, since i filed income tax relief 2570 for year 2018, means i declared lesser tax relief of 3000 (5570-2570). my next question would be, can i declare the shortfall in next coming tax relief?

For PENJANA, it needs to be either these 3 categories: mobile phone, notebook and tablet

is the 2500 tax relief is a separate tax relief since existing already has lifestyle relief of 2,500?

I give another of your example  .....

If a spouse earns 24k pa as an employee, he she is not taxable if under self declaration. Can the spouse then say not to declare her income in joint assessment to enjoy spouse reliefs ?
*
if he/she has EA understood that must declare..
but if he/she ONLY has CP58?
