Hi guys may I ask something about the TP3 form aka PCB form that the employer need me to fill up when i change job.
What happen if i fill up the value wrongly by mistake?
This actually because when i fill up the TP3 form from the new company, i forgot to calculate the pre-previous company pcb, so result in i wrote less.
its about a months ady..... now i only realize because my friend who change job recently consult(ask me only, he thought i know some info) me,
so i realize i did wrong........ what happen now>? what should i do?
Will the form submit to LHDN, will i break the law? later they said i submit wrong info, need to jail me?
Don mind i ask, what is the use of TP3 because everything time i change company they also need me to fill it up(i change 3 companies in a year).
why they still need us to calculate ourselves.
I mean doesn't they ady calculate for us or they have all the income record of us ady>?
