For these 3 days, I manage to get above 70kb/s, but if only there are peers from Malaysia and more than 1 download simultaneously. If not, 0kb/s.

Reporting my status,
Using uTorrent, without proxy, without PAW, forced encryption, on 1MB line, Speed worsen, and current speed 10~20kB/s, Can connect and download from Local peers/seeder, Can connect but Cant download from international peers/seeder,  TMnut goings Nuts!  |

9.50am 9KB max. combination of local and inter peers. Disconnection rate: 25% per hour. |

Well, it's now Jan 25 and my international torrents are still in coma. I guess we know what TM Nuts is planning to do now with their throttling.
Read: permanently throttled.  For the first time in years now I'm starting to consider changing ISPs. Anyone in Cheras thinking about switching to Maxis 3G Broadband? Would rather pay more for less speed but at least got unthrottled P2P. |

Fourth update from me, the weird things still happen. No local seeders at all, but i manage to get 60kB/s and above regarding +/- 10kB/s.

I think TM is doing something...since yesterday...I can't seem to connect to the peers even when trackers connecting..sigh...throttle but not to that point..sigh...
