anyone have latest masterplan in pdf?

Is it new school gonna be up soon?
Few months ago i heard abt this from words of mouth but couldnt find any details online

But now seems like zinc wall is being erected beside BBR sales gallery / as per masterplan it is reserved for school

anyone noticed that the new road works on the road heading to bandar bukit raja SIMEDARBY sales gallery from the bridge is done poorly ? the brick road created is too high and too steep when going down.

Btw seems like new flyover on the way being built near nsk. Dunno heading where but i assume from setia alaman industrial park(?) down to merge at jalan meru (infront masjid setia alam) heading to columbia hosp

Wanna ask why Bandar Bukit Raja subsale is so bad. I verified with SA from SB Properties some VP units selling at nett price . I see BKR is vibrant with lots of opportunities (business , work and etc) and also lots of nearby amenities and leisure places. Can someone enlighten me ?

Was there any more flood recently at BKR 2 ?

The reason I can think of is the oversupply of houses in Bukit Raja and Setia Alam.

Additionally, many owners are looking to sell their sub-sale units and may want to move elsewhere.
