Really targetting m40 higher cap towards t20 grp.

Based on plan , seems like 3 more parcel which i believe SD will finish up the launching by next year..

Tu park also macam some ground works started.

And have mixed feelings McD opening.

Good for the area though

I think the gallery and lake side was affected..

Bbr2 inside (assuming the border is the main simpang towards ayra) not much apart from afew longkang sumbat after development completed

I went to bbr last friday for breakfast
Very concerning to see the lake / river near serunai
And road condition is crazy
