my one for flip... dont know yet untung how much.. nowdays market not so good as before...if hard to flip, keep for my son
but info from agent, house less than rm1million, should be no problem to sell..still got people want to buy..

If sold fast also not untung much I suppose.. cos kena RPGT... Right?
