Malaysia Can Move Into RM2 Trillion Economy In Seven Years

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia's economy now stands at RM1.3 trillion and has the potential to grow to a RM2 trillion economy.

Prime Minister and Umno president Datuk Seri Najib Razak said this potential is achievable in seven years if the country's growth remains at five per cent annually.

“Malaysia's economy today is the size of a RM1.3 trillion economy, and according to plans, I want this RM1.3 trillion economy to reach the level of a RM2 trillion economy.

“Calculations show that if growth is at five per cent a year, in seven years we will be a RM2 trillion economy. This is why we have initiated big projects, including the KL-Singapore High-Speed Rail link, the Mass Rapid Transit, Light Rail Transit, East Coast Rail Link, Pan Borneo Highway, Pengerang, Bandar Malaysia, Vision Valley and others," he said in his closing speech at the Umno general assembly today.

Najib said the people will naturally benefit from these mammoth projects as high-income jobs will be created.

Apart from MRT which I believe MMC-Gamuda JV done a pretty good job, no delay and cost within budget, the others still not start hope the project execution is as good as their planning. Malaysia quite good on planning tongue.gif

Hope Sime Darby can start Malaysia Vision Valley fast, BSS shall benefit too.

Please no more delay to sign HSR agreement on 21/12/2016, any delay will diminish investor's confidence.

I c may be the project completion ahead of schedule, the expected completion date based on brochure is June 2017.

Besides Elvina, Elymus VP supposed to be May 2017, but according to SA they can deliver in Feb 2017.

If really so, may be VP for Elfora & Elforix (Sept 2017) & Fellona (Oct 2017) could be earlier too, good save some interest biggrin.gif

But for landed properties, unless the fencing is electrical, or very tall, or using high concrete walls, otherwise it is exposed to certain risk.

Haha may be can ask Matrix or RA to install the following fence with wire near by the hill side tongue.gif

Water and Electric Deposit? Will refund or not once done installation? Sorry for asking stupid question😅

Deposit Refund
The deposit will be refunded if the customer terminates or transfers the account.

The customer must go to Pusat Khidmat Pelanggan as stated in the bill and bring along the original receipt of the deposit.

If the original receipt is lost or misplaced, the customer is required to fill in the Lost Deposit Receipt Declaration Form.
TNB will reimburse the deposit in cash (if amount is less than RM400) or by cheque (if amount is more than RM400) after deducting any outstanding amounts (if any).

Please note that Deposit for 3 phase supply (400v) is RM700 while 1 phase supply (230v) only RM500 for DST.

Reduction in Deposit Amount thumbup.gif
If the average of two (2) months bill is less than the amount of deposit paid, TNB will refund the excess deposit upon customer’s request. For example:

Deposit Paid RM300.00
Average Monthly Bill RM100.00
Average of two (2) months electricity used RM200.00
Amount credited to account (RM300–RM200) RM100.00

Your analysis on paper looks good but you make a big assumption that all buyers will moved in to stay.
There are many buyers who are from Klang valley and buying for investments. I heard about 80-90% are from Klang Valley (unconfirmed) . If so, the population may take longer to build up.
BTW I hope you are right as I am also an interested buyer  icon_rolleyes.gif
*
Please read again I said 30% occupancy rate not all buyers will moved in to stay

"Assume all remaining units sold and 30% occupancy rate for residential with 4 to 5 in a family by end of 2018, at least 2,000 residents will be moved to BSS."

About 60% buyers are form KV not 89-90% based on Matrix's earlier announcement.
