Bought subsale condo. Water hardness appear to be high. Looking for filter mainly for kitchen sinks (if can for whole unit including bathrooms would be a bonus)

The question on an “external” water filter is not explicitly clear it was referring to an outdoor filter. In any case, my statements below the questions explained I have an LG Puricare for drinking water purposes and I’m looking for water filters for sinks (and maybe bathrooms) which do not need to be drinkable water. Primarily I’m looking at reducing the water hardness in the current water supply.
