I think major concern for EV3C location is its proximity to existing indian temple, proposed mosque & to a lesser extent a water tank at Bukit Subang. Have u consider that eventually the mosque might not be built at all? There are lots of cases where reserve lands for mosque end up empty for years if not decades. Need to also consider that the current indian temple might be 'upgraded' to a larger/taller one in the future.

Why don't u wait for EV4 since that u have reservation on EV3C location? I guess SDP might launch EV4 which shall offer DSL 22x75/80 & 24x75/80 too next year. Price is expected to be slight higher I think. Perhaps u can check with bro Elmond again on the possible properties offering in EV4.

hi, this is for own stay, 24x75 + 10ft land. total built-up 2,829 sq ft - endlot starts from RM1.06mil, love the fact tat it is located on a higher ground than EV 4, overlooking the reserved forest and elmina river. it comes with a granny suite, perfect for elderlym and 10ft land is just nice for a small gardening.

Went there and drove around the entire Elmina. None of the developments are G&G. Seems to be the case as well for Denai Alam? I'm not too familiar with this area but what are the possibilities of future communities being able to form G&G within each development?
