My relative booked a unit. For the immediate unit price from RM833,888 before 10% rebate + 6 months installment campaign (RM20K+) + free MOT and SPA legal fee. Can get another 7% discount if bumi purchaser.

Hi all,

Im a Elmina Green 5 owner. Just want to see anyone here bought here too? Its a mixed decision to purchase here as im from PJ and work in kl. hope in future Elmina Green is a good location for us to travel about.

should do research before commit right?
you have purchase?
what is your normal travel/working time? suggest to take a day off and drive from Elmina to your work place.

many people do travel from elmina/denai to KL. but that don't mean it is easy

Purchased already. Waiting to build now. Well for me distance wise is okay as my work is quite flexible in time. Did some research earlier before commit. The only i like on this project is because of the new location. The build up of the house also not bad for this phase that i choose. Accessibility wise to me is quite good. For now the concern is lack of commercial and necessity like groceries and foods places. As for the price wise, hoc does played some part of it. In PJ wise we cant really get this price for a big house. Mostly 22x74 which consists 2458 sqft i cant really find in PJ for the landed house. I guess in the end it still bound to affordability for us to purchase house to stay.

Hi Max, congrats! I also live in PJ but work in KL. Thinking of buying landed in Elmina and looking at Ilham 2. When is EG5 scheduled to complete? I was told that the mall will be ready this year but doesn't look like it. Main issue is the commute to work and DASH will only help partly as it doesn't connect to denai alam but somewhere in Kg Melayu Subang sweat.gif . I will follow this thread, hopefully some residents will tell you how the commute is... confused.gif

Thanks ya. The completion from what the sales person mentioned will be end 2023. The Mall will be about the same as EG5 completion. We hope Dash will be completed by then too. 😂😂😂 Ilham 2 looks promising and good buy to me. All the best in your house hunting. For time being i guess the traffic is quite heavy if follow around Subang 2. For EG phase i believe we can cut through Guthrie to go pj and kl too.

Anyway i will explore more in the surrounding and looking forward to stay there soon.
