Complex carbohydrate ( brown rice, sweet potato, quinoa ), good fat ( avocado ) good protein (eggs, beans, skinless chicken breast ), fruits (any!) , yoghurt, red dates, lemons.

Yes, lemons. Drink one cup of lemon juice each day to speed up your metabolism. Dont drink it on an empty stomach tho...

Basically, cut down on fried, oily stuff, red meat, simple carbs ( white rice ) ,sugary stuff.....

more or less same with this..

some daily stuff.. i drink virgin coconut oil n apple cider vinegar drinks
take everything in its most original form..
telur kampung, fresh milk, plain yogurt, organics this n that..
when cook, easy on the seasonings..

effortless weight maintainance.. well physically tho cos u still gonna spend bit more on higher quality raw materials.

my diet meal for weekdays: biggrin.gif

Breakfast- cereal OR overnight oat (with all kind of low fat/zero fat dairy products)
Lunch- Home-packed lunch, I hardly eat out. ( Usually I had brown rice/red rice with poached veggies/egg, or pan grilled chicken breast/salmon)
Dinner- Low fat milk with fruits OR glass noodles/vermicelli noodles soup

but of course I will have cheat meals too once a week esp during weekend tongue.gif

Lunch container that can keep the food warm, or sometimes I keep my food in fridge then heat up with microwave.

I really admire everyone's discipline here in eating clean. It's so hard for me to do so. I love my meat so much and I generally want to go out for lunch with my colleagues. For now I am trying to do the oats +honey + milk + fruits thing for dinner when I am usually at home. Hopefully I can keep at it.
