Oat+milk+honey+fruits it's enough to keep your tummy full

it's my diet routine at night

and the result that I get is I can see my belly not bloating in the morning smile.gif

but I breakfast and lunch like normal people would eat

and I never gain weight, but loose weight slowly without any stress lol

I used to do that too! No bloating in the morning and good bowel movement too biggrin.gif felt proud whenever i can finish my business in the morning haha. But how do you add in the honey? I heard that its bad to add honey in hot water. Any tips? smile.gif

Just stir it together with the rest tongue.gif
but make sure your honey place out side not in freezer, last time I place it in the freezer my honey wont mix with the milk and it tasted unbalance rclxub.gif

lol easyyyyy

make paste from garlic, shallot, chili padi (if u like spicy) blender all together and stir in with olive oil until smell nice
add dice chicken and few favourite vege and add salt/pepper (lesser is better) stir again until your chicken is cooked

lastly add your brown rice and stir well

there you go tongue.gif enjoy!

more or less same with this..

some daily stuff.. i drink virgin coconut oil n apple cider vinegar drinks
take everything in its most original form..
telur kampung, fresh milk, plain yogurt, organics this n that..
when cook, easy on the seasonings..

effortless weight maintainance.. well physically tho cos u still gonna spend bit more on higher quality raw materials.

I tot only preggy women like to drink virgin coconut oil? blink.gif
