Yesterday PAVreit issue rm8B Bond. Potential injection asset.

I learn frm Gark anything yield above 6% for reits must buy.

IMHO, KLCC.
1. Tourist attraction.
2. A must visit POI.
3. Major Event still held around KLCC area.
4. More luxury hotel besides KLCC.

But I think KLCC got more office exposure, and that is a potential risk

Whereas PAV office only contributes <5% revenue

Dunno, i tak suka jalan pavilion, still prefer KLCC brows.gif

and public transport to KLCC is more convenient than pavilion.
Retail + Public Transport good combination also.

klcc office more toward Petronas and OnG.


Usually KLCC secure Main tenancy long term before they built.

Left Pocket go to Right pocket for Petronas,

Will Paviion eventually benefit from MRT? The station is at what was formerly BB Plaza hmm.gif

KLCC used to be my favorite, but now I only go there for Kinokuniya. The KLCC management is lousy...
Some of you are probably not aware that there is a large convention center in Shah Alam. It is stealing business from KL Convention Center.
And what is Petronas Twin Towers, now that there are so many taller skyscrapers.

hmm.gif i didnt see any lousy..as long Tourist can pull crowed there..aany open business can sell their good.


Petronas Tower - mostly office provide space for comercial operate their servie like OnG , Petronas sibling hardly they can move other place.
